You would have received an invite from us requesting your participation in a survey which we have commissioned with IMRB International, India's largest market research agency for providing feedback on our website as well as competitive websites.
Thanks to those who have participated in the survey but we are also looking forward to receiving feedback from others too.
We value your feedback immensely. Therefore those of you who have not taken the survey we would like to understand the experience you had with our website, in comparison to the websites of other e-commerce companies in India.
For this purpose we have commissioned a survey to IMRB International, India's largest market research agency. This will be an excellent forum for you to voice your feedback regarding the website user interface and experience of different e-commerce company websites that you visit. It will enable us to understand the needs of online shoppers like you better and enhance our website experience.
Every month, 5 respondents will be chosen from the people who have completed the survey, and a voucher from Snapdeal worth Rs. 1000/- each will be provided to them. The results for this month will be declared on 15th January 2015. The link in this mail will give you access to the survey. |
